What costs credits?
Every agent run reserves 3 credits up front. Briefs, campaigns, and reports are all produced inside runs, and metered media generations deduct per output. Watching dashboards and browsing costs nothing.
What happens when I run out?
New runs pause immediately — you'll see a notice with a top-up link. Nothing is lost: your briefs, campaigns, reports, and history stay exactly as they are, and everything resumes once you add credits or upgrade.
Plans vs credit packs — which do I need?
Plans are subscriptions with recurring credits for teams that run agents every day. Packs are one-off top-ups for bursts and experiments, and pack credits never expire. Most workspaces run a plan and top up with packs in busy months.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
How do I add team members?
Go to the Team section in Settings and invite members by email with a role. Seats don't consume credits — only agent runs do.
